Job Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for assisting in growing sales leads through solid customer relationship building, outbound calling, and responding to inbound sales leads, as well as through research and analyzing market information.

 

Duties

  • Work cooperatively in team environment to help support outside commercial team
  • Identifies prospects via telephone, email and research. Follows up when appropriate.
  • Delivers prepared sales talks, based on training that describe Bedrosians products and services
  • Continually provides feedback to sales management regarding customer needs and suggestions
  • Works to obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers and projects
  • Grows account base through outbound cold calling, emailing and prospecting efforts
  • Explains products and services to interested targets
  • Accomplishes performance metrics
  • Obtains required information and updates all records appropriately
  • Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace
  • Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals, and directives.
  • Any other duties required of the position
  • Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in prospecting businesses to generate revenue and promote the company
  • Experience in a related field or a combination of education and appropriate experience
  • Cold calling experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent email and computer skills
  • Quick learner and adept at developing and maintaining detailed administrative processes, including CRM maintenance
  • Team player who enjoys the challenge of obtaining new leads
  • Ability to interact with people on all levels, ensuring that all external and internal communication is carried out to a high standard
  • Ability to organize own workload with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision makers
  • Ability to create interest and build value with prospects
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus

  • Must live within 20 miles of Bedrosians location
