Job Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for supervising all branch managers and outside sales representatives within their assigned territory. You must set yearly sales goals for outside sales representatives and partner with them to grow and build new and existing client relationships. You are responsible for ensuring the overall success of your assigned branches and territories from operations and efficiency to sales and profit goals.



  • Implement all company directives and procedures
  • Enforce all company policies and follow proper HR disciplinary actions if needed
  • Recruit and develop a staff that works with a team mentality
  • Help to resolve client issues immediately with best possible solutions
  • Assist branch managers with staff issues when needed
  • Promote Bedrosians products and services
  • Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by reviewing product literature, manuals, and manufacturer bulletins, as well as attending vendor/ manufacturer seminars whenever available
  • Work with outside sales representative(s) to increase the company's client base and market share
  • Conduct joint sales calls with all outside sales representatives
  • Visit assigned branches weekly
  • Complete visitation reports on a monthly basis for all branches and follow up on pending action items
  • Establish sales objectives yearly for all outside sales representatives
  • Review and analyze profit and loss reports with branch managers
  • Review and approve expense reports for all outside sales representatives
  • Maintain existing client relationships and develop new relationships
  • Coach sales staff to help meet individual and branch sales goals
  • Travel and participate in industry tradeshows and/or company meetings and events when necessary
  • Work within the framework of the company's defined rules, procedures, goals and directives.
  • Any other duties required of the position


Minimum Qualifications

  • College Degree at a minimum
  • Five (5) years of prior management, operations, and sales experience
  • Prior experience in the tile and stone industry
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Drivers License (must provide current MVR)
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team
  • Possess a flexible work schedule
  • Travel to branches within territory on weekly basis
